We are delighted to announce our new bundle deals. These deals are
available for the lifetime of the broadband connection of the customer who
signs up during the promotional period. This bundle promotion is running
from Saturday 3rd March to Saturday 31st March. These bundles are also
available to existing customers who apply for the bundle during the period
of the promotion.
Our Free Home Bundles include options for Web Hosting, secure data
backup solutions, or simply money off the original tariff price.
All bundles remain free for the duration of the ADSL connection.
Customers who sign up during the promotion period and re-grade to another
tariff during the life of their connection will still receive the
promotional price (if applicable to that tariff) even after the promotion
has ended.

Earlier Peak time start for "Office" Customers
Enhancement to MAX Premium Allowance
With effect from 1 March 2007, the off-peak period for MAX Premium
Allowance will commence at 8pm (previously 10pm). The purpose of this move
is to ensure that premium users benefit from the available spare capacity
during the hours of 8pm - 10pm. The off-peak start time for MAX Allowance
products will remain at 10pm.
News on Overuse Charges - "It pays to re-grade for free"
1st February, 2007
We are now enforcing the following overuse charges to our Max Allowance
range of products:
1. If you are on the Max Allowance 3GB and use between 3GB and 30GB, on
your next invoice there will be an overuse charge of £2.97 + VAT.
2. If you are on any other band of the Max Allowance range and use more
than your predefined transfer amount, on your next invoice you will have
an overuse charge of £8.51 + VAT per band that you moved into.
3. If you are on the Max Premium Allowance 5GB and use between 5GB and
45GB, on your next invoice there will be an overuse charge of £5 + VAT.
4. If you are on any other band of the Max Premium Allowance range and use
more than your predefined transfer amount, on your next invoice you will
have an overuse charge of £10 + VAT per band that you move into.
Please be reminded that there is a £5.00 + VAT service charge applied
where a connection goes outside of your predefined transfer amount/priceband.

Falcon Internet Limited today launched its latest Internet Service
offerings in the form of VoIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol allows
consumers to make free Internet calls to other VoIP users anywhere in the
world. In addition, users can save on the cost of national and
international calls to fixed lines and mobiles.
Falcon Internet Limited has launched with 2 VoIP plans.
"VoIP Go" is a Pay As You Go service that has no inclusive
minutes and apart from a small monthly charge of £3.53, users top-up
their credit on a needs basis. There is a one-off small setup fee of £7.04.
"VoIP Go 300" is a Pay As You Go service that has 300 inclusive
minutes to Uk landlines for a small monthly charge of only £7.04. In
addition, users can top-up their credit on a needs basis. There is a
one-off small setup fee of £7.04.
Both packages come with a wealth of features including a geographic
telephone number (users can choose their STD and a number from a range
available) and the following feature sets:
Portal management of their service
Voicemail (via email)
SMS (from portal)
Call Waiting
Anonymous Call Reject
Call Fowarding
Black List
White List
Free 24 hour UK based support
On portal tariff check (to see how much calls are to their chosen
destination.
Example prices include:
Australia : 0.0141 (1.41p per minute)
New Zealand : 0.0235 (2.35p per minute)
Norway : 0.0172 (1.72p per minute)
Brazil : 0.0556 (5.56p per minute)
Thailand : 0.434 (4.34p per minute)

IP address to all their broadband customers.
We are very pleased to announce that all customers who sign up to Falcon
Internet Broadband can now get up to 8 static fixed IP addresses (5
usable) absolutely FREE with any broadband package. Previously 8 IP
addresses would cost £80 + VAT.
In addition, should you require more IP addresses, you can upgrade to 16
IP addresses (13 usable) for only £25 + VAT. This is a HUGE saving on the
original price of £160 + VAT.
Existing customers also qualify for a free upgrade to 8 IP addresses from
the previously standard 1 IP address.
